Shlomo B.: My only real complaint is that the towel bar is made up of two pieces (segments), and when screwed together, the connection is still visible and can be felt.

Dillard: I really like how sleek and sturdy this towel kit is. It definitely is well built and beautiful to look at. I didn't end up using the hook, but everything else worked great.

Brenda McBrenda Mc: These bright chrome fixtures are nice quality and are sturdy. As mentioned in other reviews, the set screw to install is kind of inconvenient when installing because the Allen wrench will only turn half way and then you have to take it out and re-insert it to turn again. Once it's in, though, it's sturdy. It is a nice set and looks good in the bathroom. All of the hardware was included, as well as templates. I purchased two sets and am very happy with them.
