Chris: I've tried so many products for under eye bags and circles. This one was well reviewed so I fell for it again. I've been using it twice a day for a month and have seen zero improvement in puffiness, wrinkles, or dark circles. The pump style container is nice and I like that it isn't scented heavily like so many beauty products. I just won't buy it again because I haven't seen any difference in my skin around my eyes.

Animal Adopter: Like this eye cream as it provides moisture but does NOT make my under eye area puffy or baggy, for one. Also, it seems to help what I'd describe as minor to mid point darkness in the area. That does take a couple of weeks. For some it may be less, others about like mine. As for severe darkness under the eye, I don't believe this might help.
I tend to get some "minor bags and minimal darkness" in my under eye area. I'm 62. Everyone is unique of course, so I provide this info as a sort of guide, if you will. The product has a nice consistency of a white cream/gel like. Applies nicely. I keep mine in the front area of my refrigerator. Feels great after my cleansing, then light toner. While I'm fortunate to have good skin for my age and hardly any lines by my eyes, I have and will continue to use what I've to call, my simple routine.
I'd recommend this eye product. I believe it would be good for most, even younger individuals in their mid-twenties and up. Believe me, good basic skincare will reward you. Plus sunscreen..always!

Amazon Customer: I had been searching for a comparable replacement for what was a seemingly discontinued Origins product that I used for years when I stumbled across this Naeli eye cream. After trying a few other products that just couldn't compare, I figured I would try this one. Funny thing is that I didn't realize that I had ordered 2 until they were delivered. Upon first use, my immediate reaction was YES, I think I finally found something and after a couple of uses it was like WoW, I realized I was not having to use minimal concealer. I have been using this product twice daily since the beginning of JAN 2021 and can honestly say I very pleased with this product. The only reason I gave it a 4 on the moisture is because at 59 years old, I wish it was just a little more "slickery" if that makes sense. Don't get me wrong, I've used some eye creams that as soon as you put them on and go to follow with concealer, it's like instant tug/pull... this product is NOT like that! So I'm 3 months in and still on my first bottle and that's just an added bonus! Would definitely recommend this product :)

RogetRoget: I am 41, and consider my wrinkles/puffiness/dark circles to still be mild, at this point. I have been using this eye cream for about 6 weeks, and have seen a positive difference in my crow's feet!! I really like the pump bottle, much better and easier to dispense than a jar. I can't say it did much for puffiness, and actually made my dark circles WORSE during the first week (see sensitive skin below), but that went away with continued use. Also, there is a generous amount of cream in this bottle -- most eye creams are only .5 oz. I am posting a picture of the box, since the manufacturer will not post a full ingredients list, only "key ingredients" (I hope they update their listing!!)

This eye cream may not be the best choice for sensitive skin -- I did have irritation and discomfort for 4-5 days when I first began using this cream, but my skin did adjust and it was not an ongoing issue. I think the irritation is what caused my dark circles to actually worsen during the first week, but that went away.
