Amazon Customer: My first epilating was with the attachment for the Iluminage Touch, which was AWFUL. (My natural hair color is strawberry blonde, so for it to actually work I needed to wax or epilate. I am absolutely terrible at waxing and it is so messy). Epilating is pretty much foolproof and not messy.
After a handful of tries with the Iluminage attachment and getting frustrated, I did some online recon and got this one. Actually wishing I got the more expensive one with the swivel head, but I didn’t want to invest that kind of money on something I was worried I might abandon.
This was immediately a million times better than a ‘cheap’ crappy epilator
However, no way around it, your first time is going to HURT LIKE A MF-ER imo not *so* bad that you’ll be like “nope, never again”
But it hurts a surprising amount. Even if you’re expecting pain, it is still a surprising amount of pain.
It’s extremely brief though, such an odd sensation. After a very small patch it’s like JFC I gotta stop. But then within minutes you’re like, well nothing hurts so let’s try again <repeat>
Down closer to the ankles hurts the most as far as legs go. Armpits hurt the most...

Alita: Ya usaba depiladora braun antes y esta no me decepcionó, potente, su cabezal mas ancho hace mas rapida la depilacion. Me encantaron los aditamentos que trae. La bateria me ha durado un poco mas de lo que menciona el instructivo, la luz es super util y en general esta marca es lo mejor en depiladoras. (Ya he probado otras y desde que use braun, por años me he quedado con la marca)

Shaima Islam: Had a bit of time to test this epilator and it's definitely become a favourite. I found almost all the attachments very useful with the exception of the massaging head, only because I find the regular head more efficient and not that painful. I charged it once before use, and so far it's still going with having done a full session (with a partial touch-up the following day) on the arms, legs, and part of the bikini. I've only used this dry, therefore I can't attest to its use with water.

I would always recommend shaving completely and letting baby hairs come up before using any epilator. It did a great job of removing all the hairs and I found the added light really good at seeing any missed spots. I found the regular epilating head good for the face, but you could try the other heads as well. I did stay away from the eyebrow region, and the top of my head in general as a precaution. I'm happy to finally ditch my manual spring epilator for my face as well.

I ended up using the trimmer attachment and bikini styler more than I thought I would. If you have a higher pain tolerance you might be able to use the epilator for your entire bikini, but I find that epilators...
