Brian: I had one of the originals of this product and used it for a long time. Eventually someone borrowed it and I didn't need it much. Finally when I re-ordered I noticed it was S/M and L/XL now, but it said I previously had S/M. What a joke, I am not S/M!! I was able to wear it for 2h. Basically this is useless to me unless I can find someone with small feet to give it to. Now the larger version isn't even available. On top of all of this, the product isn't even branded Bracoo anymore. I really just want a replacement for my original product, but if I can't Large... but... inventory please, I guess?

IZZY: Two weeks ago my foot doctor informed me I had a slightly sprain on my left ankle and he supplied me with a bulky and wrapped around ankle bracelet which I found it inconveniently and uncomfortably to wear at the same time. Although I followed my physician's instructions to wear the apparatus until my sprain was completely healed, I couldn't wear my regular comfortable shoes because the thick wrapping fabric used in the making of the bracelet made it harder for me to put on and remove shoes altogether. I really need a formable support other than the one I used because I need to rid myself of this painful sprain once and for all. I read quite a few positive reviews regarding this Neoprene product and its effectiveness so I decided to purchase it and give it a try. How satisfied I found this wonderful therapeutic compressor turned out after wearing for only two days straight. There was less inflamed discomfort and more pain relief which additionally helped me to walk accordingly without the concern of leg pressure as you pace. The material is made of sturdy neoprene and it fits in accordance with both my ankle and arch while the Velcro straps stay in place and offer full foot...

Susan E.Susan E.: This package contains one ankle supportmade entirely of neoprene fabric and Velcro. I wear a ladies size 10–11 and have an ankle circumference of 10 inches. It would most certainly fit a few sizes larger since the material is stretchy & adjustable.
I was diagnosed with posterior tibial tendon dysfunction and have been wearing a cam boot for three months. The boot gets extremely hot and heavy now that it is summer and since I don't know how long I will have to wear this lovely fashion accessory I was looking for something to alternate with the boot that would still provide some support. I absolutely feel that it holds my ankle in place and provides additional support and since it is adjustable I can tighten or loosen to my comfort level. I think I could easily where this all day or all night with no problem. I've used it while riding my recumbent bike to keep my ankle stable and it allows for flexibility of movement while doing so. Its very easy to strap on your foot and fits under or over your sock comfortably, however when I put my sneaker on I had to totally readjust the laces to make it fit comfortably inside the shoe.
I'm pleased with this purchase and I'm...

Alyssa: I bought two, one for my 12 year old daughter and one for myself. We both wear a size 7/7.5 ladies shoe and have very tiny ankles. This fits well and is comfortable over socks (haven't worn it bare against the skin) and it fits into sneakers, but not my snug leather boots.
So, my daughter has loose joints of the hips, knees and ankles that I so graciously passed on to her during her time of conception. She has been running track at school and having a lot of joint pain, but she reports that this ankle support is most definitely helping her run without pain in her ankle. I actually bought her the Bracoo neoprene knee support too, but that was awkward, not form fitting, very bulky, had a lot of folds and slid around on her, so I returned it.
I actually wear this product sometimes just during the day...as my L ankle will start aching for no apparent reason or from wearing unsupported shoes. This definitely stabilized the joint and allowed me to walk around during the day pain free as well.
Just two things to keep in mind...
1. I wore this upon waking to going to bed for a week or two every day...and I started having nerve issues in the anterior and distal...

AY in NY: I bought this brace because I was looking for something easy to put on to help support my sprained ankle. This is certainly easy to put on, but offers minimal support, so that I rarely wear it. However, for those looking for a thin, lightweight brace that offers just a little support, this may work. THIS DID NOT OFFER MUCH SUPPORT FOR A WOMAN WITH SMALLER ANKLES/FEET, BUT DID WORK WELL FOR A MAN WITH MODERATELY-SIZED ANKLES.
Update: my husband had a moderate ankle sprain and purchased this, without any input from me. As it turns out, he really likes it, because it is lightweight, easy to put on, and offers enough support for him to get through a day at the office, or a round of golf with a cart (he is back to golfing after the swelling & bruising resolved, although it is still achy). It seems to work well for him because of his size; he is of moderate build and wears an 8 1/2 shoe. This probably did not work as well for me because I wear a size 6 1/2-7, and although I brought the opposing straps as close together as possible, it just did not seem tight enough.
Over 7 months, I have tried 6 different ankle braces. For comparison, the Neo-G brace offers moderate...

Jason Jackson: I've had Plantar Fasciitis for 5 months, Doctor has been lass than useful as usual and thought I would try an Ankle Support to see if it would stop the pain. The Bracoo Breathable Neoprene Ankle Support looked OK, I have always found gloves made of neoprene really good, the last pair being made of the same breathable holey kind of neoprene. Getting up in the morning has been really painful so I thought it would make sense to wear the support at night and they have been awesome. I wear a sock under the support and make sure not to have the support too tight but with firm pressure on the plantar fascia ligament under the foot from the crisscross straps. I now have no pain getting up. During the day I can wear it too much as I can feel a slight pain probably from pushing the ligament up too much as it heals. I still wear the support at night and on and off during the day. I bought 2 supports first and after 2 weeks of using them bought another 2 not that I think I need the 2 new ones. Again don't wear them too tight, they work as supports not as a brace, don't wear them 24 hours a day and keep them washed, they dry overnight on a towel. The Bracoo's seem to be well made, the first...

Si_Hode: I bought the Bracoo Ankle Support to help provide additional stability and strength for a chronic ankle injury.
I broke the ankle 20 years ago and have been left with a legacy of arthritis which has become more problematic since I've recently started using a running machine. Despite being surprisingly thin, the product seems up to the task, providing enough support and stability to the joint to prevent aggravation of the condition.
The support is thin enough to fit inside my running shoe without being too uncomfortable and still provides enough flexibility of movement not to hinder running. I find the foot does feel quite hot when wearing it although this is not necessarily a bad thing for a stiff arthritic joint. Maybe not quite so good for an ankle which is prone to swelling though.
Regarding fit, despite being one-size-fits-all I doubt the ankle support would be a good comfortable fit if my foot and ankle were much larger - my ankle circumference is 23cm and my foot is 28cm at the points where the support is worn (I have thin ankles but a size 10.5 shoe size). Without being stretched, the width of the wings that wrap around the ankle are 25cm and around the foot...
