Ruth A.Ruth A.: I bought three boxes cause my grandkids like these candies. Convenient too, peel the paper down, and easy for little fingers to hold. I sent one box home with a mom. I opened another box and found five of the 12 candy canes were broken. The third box (unopened) I see at least three of them broken in the shrink-wrap cellophane. These candies came boxed well and even had bubble wrap stuffed in them. So I guess 80% of the breakage was at the factory.
The kids are little and can't eat pieces of candy but there is still enough unbroken candy for the kids to enjoy and I'll use the broken pieces while making cookies.
