C. Thurman: Pay close attention to the style options when ordering. I placed an original order for this style and it did not have rips. They were too large so I placed a "reorder of same item" and they have rips in them. I originally ordered an 8 (normal size my son wears) and they were huge and have no waist adjustment. I ordered a 6 and it is larger than the 8 in his current jeans!
