Ivan: The punching ball material seems fine. I did put an air in it about 10 days ago, and the air is slowly coming out. I exercised on it 3 times only. The bungee cord seems as not long enough for about 100 inches heigh from the floor to the ceiling. Hits bounce the ball forward and back, left and right, but it seems that it is doing too fast because the bungee is too tight. Also, the size of the ball says 7". I did not measure, but for the beginners it may be small.

AVER¥: The media could not be loaded.  Product works well and is stable if you screw it into the ceiling or structure. U will need a pump the one that comes is useless. The handwraps are nice addition. Use a weight to hold it down.

Michael Graham: Great product. I honestly didn’t even realize it came with hand wraps when I bought it so I thought it was a nice touch, except for the fact that they are way too small to wrap correctly unless you have toddler sized hands and they are not elastic at all which doesn’t help. Other than that, I have no complaints.

First off. Customer service work and efficiency was great. The issue I had was solved almost immediately.

BAG: Bag feels like a soft leather, has good bounce and recoil for each hit. Harder you hit, faster you need to dodge. Tighter the adjustable cords, same concept. Bag isn't huge so accuracy and reflexes build but also not small enough to where it's a higher skill lvl. I'd say intermediate. It's efficient and balanced in that aspect for anyone.

CORDS: Stiff but fine. Wish the plastic slip catch for the cords had more grip because when you get going, you notice the bag fall from the original position. Cords are effective work wise. A simple fix to the slippage: find your bag height, take the excess cordage and tie it and it won't fall.

HOOKS: They're metal holding a light bag. Not much to hold here. Works fine in wood+. Only issue would be if someone tries to use them in dry wall which common sense should tell you... that won't work.

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: This product is only as good as the pulleys and the pulleys are amazing quality. They are truly silent pulleys and the cables slide smoothly across. I tried to cheap out before and buy pulleys at my local hardware store, but they add unnecessary resistance and the pull is not smooth.

This product is really God-sent. I purchased two of them to create a dual pulley system for my 8' high power rack. The length of the wire cable works perfectly with my room size. It's just under 13' and allows me to do D handle curls really well. I purchased two 7' cables on amazon but they were too long for my room.

My criticism is that the product didn't come with a pair of D handles but i ended up purchasing a nice pair elsewhere on amazon. Another criticism is that it isn't ideal for tricep extensions as a single cable is either too short or too long (the cables are different length), but they are perfect for overhead tricep extensions (which is probably a more important exercise).

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: First off. Waited 5 weeks for this to arrive. When it did the packaging was horrible. That said, I looked beyond the ridiculous packaging and headed to the gym to install. The cables provided are laughable. Very flimsy and provide almost no resistance. The clips provided are for decoration purposes. If you intend to buy stay clear. If you’re disappointed and attempt to return it. You will be paying for the shipping back. In the case it’s too expensive to return. Final observation. This thing is useless. Likely going into the garbage. So sad that this type of product exists. Don’t follow the 5 star rating if. You’re even remotely serious about using a double end bag daily. Buy something else. $$$$ uodate$$$. I just tried to use this thing again as I am stuck and my newest bag is on back order and the older bag is dead. This bag I’m trying to use at this moment is completely unusable. I just can’t let it go. Do not buy this bag!!!! You will regret it
