Ken Tang: I have been using this on and off for several months. I have had no issues with it and it works as advertised. Just rotate the dial to adjust the weights.

The only cons is that it smells funny, like a plastic like smell, and it’s heavy to move around because it’s 50 pounds.

Amazon Customer: When I bought mine, I decided to pay extra for the Bowflex because the safety reviews were better. So far the weight is sturdy. It's very balanced. A bit clunky at times for things like goblet squats, but my hands adjusted quickly enough.

After purchasing one, I bought the second a week later. No issues with mine. Very satisfied.

Stephanie Elko: These adjustable dumbbells are a great space saving upgrade to your home gym. They are easy to use and switch between weights. The only thing I don’t like about them is that 1) you cannot put your weight on them so no push-ups or man-makers. 2) The handles are very long, so if you’re not a large person, you may find that doing things like front raises to be a little awkward. Otherwise, they’re well worth it and I would recommend to anyone who has a small workout space and needs to save room.

MAVV: These adjustable dumbbells are great. The are very easy to adjust the weight and seem very well made. They can be somewhat bulky to use but that is a common issue to all adjustable dumbbells.

ElixaElixa: Fueron un súper regalo de mi esposo :D Me encanta lo prácticas que son, llevaba mucho tiempo queriéndolas y cumplieron todas mis expectativas. Para mí que suelo hacer más que nada peso libre, es como tener mi propio gym en casa. La rotación para acomodar pesos es suave y fluida, me encanta que tenga subidas de 2.5 lb de 5 lb a 22.5 lb y ya de ahí subida de 10 lb en 10 lb. Podrán parecer un poco caras, pero comparado con todas las mancuernas que reemplaza, de verdad vale la pena la inversión.

Joacko Vazquez: Es una excelente inversión. Sin de muy buena calidad, sumamente fáciles de ocupar (ni siquiera requieren instructivo), vienen muy bien empaquetadas y muy bien aseguradas. Lo que invertirias en estos 15 pares de mancuernas + el espacio que necesitarías las hacen excelentes.

Únicos puntos negativos son:
- Pueden llegar a ser un poco estorbosas en algunos ejercicios por su largo.
- Para ejercicios dónde tendrías que dejar caer la mancuerna o necesitas apoyarlas constantemente sobre el suelo no las recomendaría mucho, por cuidado de sus discos y mecanismo específicamente.
