I'm replacing a cheaper (quality) kit and this one is really solid.
Thankfully, I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but I feel confident if I can patch a tire on the side of the freeway with the other crummy kit I had, I'm sure I can with this kit.
The only thing missing in the kit is a tube of rubber cement which I picked up for under $2 to toss in the case.
BTW, the case is sturdy and well made and should last a long time.
I'm glad I picked these up.

MK: This product did a much better job than a tire shop applying a patch... I found a tire fully flat in the middle of the night after tire shop bad work and I was able to plug the hole myself (i had no experience with fixing tires before) from 1st attempt (i just had to swear a lot which wasn't in the instructions, otherwise instructions were very clear. make sure you widen hole enough before you put the plug in) and I managed to come back home without any leaks.

Handy Randy: For years...every time I got a nail in a tire and brought it to a repair place, and spent hours waiting for the to "get to it", the hole was somehow just in the exact wrong spot to repair and I'd need a new tire each and every single time and I'd get the hard sell on the warranty (all different places too). 3 tires later on a year old car, I'd had enough. When it happened again and I was staring down the barrel of another $400 replacement, I tried this $35 solution, figuring what's the worst that could happen. Welp, I was done fixing the tire so fast that I was convinced I had done it wrong. But a few weeks later it's still holding strong and I will NEVER go to another tire place again for a patch. Those people are crooks.

Anders NielsongAnders Nielsong: It did the trick and fixed a puncture caused by a nail in a two month old £200 tyre. I had read the reviews in advance which said it needed a fair amount of force to get the plug in place. They were not wrong! It took loads of force to get it in but I guess it means the seal is going to be particularly strong. Plenty of plugs included - should really pay for itself over the coming years. Good quality tools.

davecole: I had a screw in the tread of my front tyre, I was going to blow it up and take it to the local garage but spotted this kit on Amazon. The cost was similar to a single fix so I thought I'd give it a try.
I removed the wheel to give better access and I think it would have been a real struggle doing this on the car.
The hardest part was the removal of the screw which was embedded in the rubber, I found that the included pliers were not adequate and I had to get a pair of mole grips (locking pliers) to get a good grip and allow me to pull the screw out. Reaming the hole was very easy, I then tried threading the rubber strip through the appropriate tool, I was wearing thin gloves and they kept sticking to the rubber glue making it quite difficult. Eventually I got it centred and pushed it in to the hole in the tyre. One quick pull and the handle came off the tool, luckily a hex key was provided so I was able to put it back on and get it tight. Another good pull and the tool came out leaving the plug embedded in the tyre with a bit protruding. I waited a few minutes, whilst I packed away the kit and then cut off the excess. I did test it with some soapy water to ensure it...
