So far, these are the best pedals (3rd pair I have tried). The previous pair lacked any studs in the center and my shoes would slip a bit on impact... these have great grip, I have hit 2 rocks pretty hard with only minor scratches.

Nice affordable upgrade from the stock pedals. I really only ride light trail so I can't say how they'd hold up with more aggressive riding but for what I need, they were worth it. No issues with my feet slipping.
