cyndij: I've used this on my grumpy old female cat for over a year now, and although she raises a fuss every time, oddly enough, she never runs away. I love love love ejecting handfuls of fur from the brush, knowing she'll feel better in the heat of the summer & I'll feel better without that fur in my face, or on my dress clothes at work. Being black & white, there's just no escaping her influence, regardless of what I wear. But this tool helps keep it to a mininum!

Rosemary P.: This product is a terrific idea. Thinking it may work better on short to mid length fur, as my collie has such long fur with undercoat it got filled on each stroke! It worked, but better and easier on my dogs undersides where the fur is shorter. Can't beat the pricing of these items either!

Austin Yun Hao Liu: It Combs out the underhair very well. Definitely have to use light stroke to make sure to no pull on the tangled hair. It Combs the excess hair very well.
