John Steinbeck: You don't realize what soft and flexible junk the others are until you have these. These are Mission Critical equipment for a technician, where a rounded-out, unextractable fastener is a serious matter. You had one chance to extract a rusted or worn fastener cleanly and now you don't, because the Hex Keys you have are crap. Besides the undeniable value of the SAE & Metric being different colours to differentiate them, it lets you try the "Next Nearest" of either kind when a socket head fastener already has some wear or corrosion.
I recently came across the tiniest socket screw that could exist, and while it had already been slightly damaged by another SAE key, the tiniest Gold Metric Bondhus extracted like it was nothing.

Russell Barton: I purchased my first set in 1988 & used it for work for 25 years. I only replaced it because I has lost some of the most used sizes. The current set is still like new 18 months later with heavy use. Other brands only made 1 year. I would never buy any other one again. BUY IT & you will be happy for years to come.

Not sure what the company is thinking aside from to not allow others to afford nice tools.
So I would like to see these go back to a price that makes sense to most people.
$40-50 is far to much for something like this. Would you like to pay $40 for a hamburger.....? No.
Point made case closed this used to be a great product, with a great price. Now Im not sure what these
are.

Perfectionist: Love the holder. Perfect fit and sizing. Heat treated well. No stripped heads. Do use cheap allen wrenches.

DevMach: I use these every day as a machinist and really happy with them. Having my bell end fit in to the socket without being it too loose is great. Noone wants that. My wife thinks it looks nice too.

Kyle Ford: They look, feel and work great. I love the key holders that’s what I was looking for specifically. Compact case is ideal. The only thing I wasn’t happy with was there is no gorilla on the holder like it shows in the photo. It is the right part number so I must have just gotten an older version. I actually prefer them better so I will be keeping them.

Louis Cassellan: At work, I've gone through multiple sets of "L-wrenches"...where I work they'll replace them for me, typically with what I would describe as premium import brands.

After getting a Bondhus set for my home, I was impressed with the quality vs. price, especially as a USA made tool. When it was time to get a new work set, instead of taking another free replacement I decided to purchase the Bondhus ones on my own dime. I'm glad I did this, because after quite a few months of professional usage, none of the wrenches have worn or rounded. Haven't had to take them to the grinder and shorten the small end to get the grip back. Perhaps I'm being more careful and seating them correctly and making sure the screw's receiver is cleared out, but these were practices I already employed with wrenches I'd gotten for free.

Seems like these are made with more accuracy as well, I find they fit tighter, which has the effect of engaging the screw facets better and lessening the rounding wear that typically occurs. I think the metal hardness also contributes, especially combined with the sizing accuracy. I've also noticed less, if any, ruining of screw receivers even when I'm applying more...

I use it every day for medical equipment repair and I have been doing it for past 12 years.. did not ever think that set of Allen keys can be somehow different.. bought this because I got tired to deffirentiate between metric and imperial and wanted two sets of different colours.
But I'm really impressed with quality!!!
Just first time I took first key I felt something different. It just fits ideally, smoothly, firmly.. differently. You have to feel it yourself.

Using it for 2 years now 5 days a week - like new.
