Austin: Works great for me. It was the size I needed, so I spent the extra $50 or so more than the competitors charge for similar shelves. No complaints though, it was easy to assemble, it's sturdy, and fits my needs.

Sugam DhakalSugam Dhakal: I don’t know if it’s faux wood or actual wood but it’s so solid I love it. It was pretty quick to assemble alone, just make sure to NOT tighten fully till everything is assembled. Overall it’s nice I would buy another if I need one

threewolfshirt: So, I've been buying things from Amazon for years (like most of us). However, I have noticed a pretty steep decline in the quality of many of their products in the last several years. As such, I was pretty hesitant to buy this shelving unit, but gave in because I was desperate and needed a bookshelf ASAP. Well, it's a quality product, easy to assemble, good value, and holds all my books with no problems. I would buy it again.

Heather R. KikkertHeather R. Kikkert: When the shelf arrived, I immediately started assembling it but ran into the issue of only being able to get 3 of the leveling feet to screw in properly. The 4th hole on the bottom of the metal shelf frames seemed to be warped or at an angle and it took me a long time to get it to thread, but it would still only turn one time before completely stopping and wasn't going in straight. The assembly instructions say to e-mail the manufacturer and they will respond within 24 hours, so I e-mailed them and heard back quite quickly with them offering to send a new part if I was willing to give my full mailing address and phone number (they are located in China). It only took a few days to receive the part, which worked just fine. I am extremely pleased with the shelf. It looks really nice and was easy to put together once I had all the working pieces. The manufacturer was constantly in contact via e-mail the entire time, letting me know when they would be shipping the part and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and happy, offering other compensation for my trouble as well; but all I wanted was a working part. I would definitely purchase items made by them again.
