Barbara Pascal: not only does it work better than my old Keurig but it makes the hottest freshest tasting coffee short of Dunkin! and they supplied a free vacuum cup that is just as amazing! It keeps the coffee hot for hours, actually vacuum closes so it doesn't spill if i knock it over and even has a handle at the top that tucks away. I could not be happier with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone. I've been using it daily for just a year and would not consider a different pot for my coffee. and it even has the ability to provide just hot water for non-pod use.

Joy: Working fine for one cup a day. A bit tough to fill…need to use spouted measuring cup. Just not sure it will hold up, but it does have 18 month warranty. I didn’t want to pay for the Kuerig name, so at this price point, it’s just fine.

W. Gilbert: Hello, so my last coffee maker pooped out on me. Apparently, I accidentally hit the "on" button which is located right in front of the thing. And I unknowingly had an item, on my kitchen counter, in front of it pushed against the "on" button. And eventually the motor died so I didn't notice it was "on" until I went to use it and it wouldn't work because the motor burnt out. But my new coffee maker - it's designed with the "on" button in a more functional position (on the side). So no more accidentally turning it "on" just from placing an item in front of it. And the new coffee maker is less complicated to use. I love its simple-ness and its easiness to clean. I love anything uncomplicated. I'm glad I made this purchase.

Pickles: WOW! My house smells like a coffee shop every day! I’ve found that canned coffee has a chemical taste and NOTHING, no brand I’ve tried is any good anymore. I went to tea for years, but then decided to get this for hubby for his birthday and WOW! Coffee tastes like coffee again! He played with all his assorted k-cups for like an hour and sorted them into a tray and had the best time with this but more importantly, he hasn’t touched tea since and keeps saying how nice it is to have a GOOD cup of coffee again! I buy k-cups at my local grocery store (I didn’t even know they sold them, haha) and anytime we want a cup? Bam! Very awesome coffee maker. In fact, the best we’ve ever owned!

Kim: My Keurig died after quite a few years. I did like the Keurig but it was difficult to keep clean, the nozzle clogged. I just wanted something to make coffee. This fits the bill perfect. No water storage to worry about as far as mold. It's small and compact and the coffee is super hot! It does take a few seconds longer to heat up, but by no means is that a deal breaker.
