Kevin D.: The amount of curing salt per bottle is about right for home use. A lot of jerky and sausage recipes call for about 1/4 teaspoon per pound of meat, so a small bottle goes a LONG way. Price is reasonable.

Toni: I used it so that I could smoke my sausages. First time ever doing my own sausage. It makes it pink but I googled that it was normal. It didn’t change the flavor. I’m satisfied. Would buy again
