Works equally as good as the ones a million years ago in f&b, plus looks nearly identical it causes me PTSD from those old food & beverage days!! Excellent food thermometer.

Not much to say. It worked. It didn't need to be calibrated. I continue to use it for frying. Nothing negative to say.
Easy to adjust, just be careful if you move it around while it's attached to a pot full of oil.

You will like the way that this thermometer can fit a pan of any depth. It is not waterproof, so I would not immerse it in water to clean it. I wipe it off after each use, cleans easily. I have not used another device to check its accuracy but it seems to be pretty close. A good buy. Good product!
