AH20z: Went perfect, no blood and didn’t even hurt. I went the wrong direction so had to feed the belly button ring in backwards but worked. Pushed the needle through with the ring. I tore my bottom ring out one day and wanted a slightly different position where the top of the ring would be in my belly button hole edge. I have 2 on the too side by side and 1 on the bottom. The ones I did myself seem to do the best it seems. Didn’t ice it or anything. Did not clip it down cause yes that hurts so released reposition and did it. Removed the tool, put the stopper on the end and proceeded with threading slow so it stretched the hole as I went.

Hillary Claiborne: Same complaint as many others jewelry doesn’t fit into needle so you’re left at the mercy of your own strength to push the jewelry through. Jewelry itself is nice!

Amazon Customer: i was sooooo excited to use this product but the ring didnt fit into the needle and made it extremely difficult to use. i sat for nearly an hour trying to get the ring into my nose. i even had to pierce it twice. it would be amazing if the ring would have fit but it didn’t work out for me. thats why i give it 3 stars. not bad product but just difficult to use.

Malaysha: First things first.... know what you are doing first! I'd recommend looking up the proper way to pierce your self. I looked at YouTube videos.
Secondly it's nice that the kit comes with piercings but BUY YOUR OWN. The nose screw is not going to fit your piercing. Find something the size below your gauge.
Thirdly make sure you use the right needle. I struggled with the bigger needle and quickly changed to the smaller needle for my nose and what do you know... it worked.
This is the 4th time I pierced my nose and didn't want to go to the parlor again. I'm a bleeder and bled a ton.
The gloves were a perfect fit.
I rated this 5 stars because if you know what you want, and researched how to get it ot done.... it all works out.
Do not use the jewelry even for the lip because you need room for the healing process.

Good luck!

michelle: I received everything, even the Pyrex Nose Screw that some people mentioned not actually getting (although it looks more like 16 gage, rather than 18/20...). So jewelry that I received, the Pyrex screw, an 18g regular nose screw that I used, 18g nose ring, 16g horseshoe, and a labret (I think it's 16g). Plus, forceps, gloves, 16g needle, 18g needle. All packaged in a neat bag, the jewelry in a separate smaller one within, needles individually packaged and sterilized.

I was only interested in the nostril piercing, but that went awesomely, I had my sister pierce for me and it only took minutes (it took longer to convince her...). I iced my nose beforehand for numbing and we put the nose screw into the end of the 18g needle (it's a snug fit so make sure you do that first so you don't have to mess with it when the needle is through your nose). Instead of the foreceps, which are very cheap, we used an empty ballpoint pen to guide the needle. And make sure that if you use the nose screw, that you watch videos on how to actually put it in first.

It hurt like a mild bee sting maybe? There was a sort of dull pain for the first day, and any pain at all (even when touching it)...
