IanM: This is a great tea press. Im over 50 cups in, and it still separates the water and tea leaves effectively. It can be a little involved to clean the mesh portion of the plunger. Just be aware that you might have to take it apart to get all of the used leaves out, which is easy enough.

Christopher VargasChristopher Vargas: Estaba indeciso entre esta cafetera y otra metal, mi principal temor la fragilidad, por ello leí todas las críticas, en especial las negativas y aquí una modesta respuesta a ellas.
Durabilidad: sí es de cristal y se puede romper, pero tampoco es tan frágil. Su grosor es un poco más delgado que un vaso y más grueso que una copa de vino. Yo recomendaría lavarla y secarla en solitario para evitar choques con otros materiales que pudieran romperla. Sin embargo, tampoco es tan delicada, si tienes copas de cristal en casa, los cuidados que tienes para ellas le quedarían un poco grande a la cafetera porque ésta es más resistente. En resumen, es tan frágil como un vaso de cristal y no por eso nuestros vasos en casa son de metal. En la foto 1 pueden comparar el grosor de una taza vs el de la cafetera.
Capacidad: su capacidad es de 1 litro, es decir, 4 tazas de café digamos "no gourmet" de 250ml. Puedes hacer una taza de café o menos si lo deseas.
Limpieza: a mí me parece fácil de limpiar, solo con un poquito de presión de agua sale todo el café. Desarmar la prensa es bastante sencillo. Se me hace más fácil limpiar la cafetera que la licuadora después de hacer...
