Uwohali: I definitely like the wire structure and the jacket is smooth, with sharp colors. This wire bends and flexes super easy making tight spots no problem. Takes soldering easily too. Recommended.

Frank: The wire is very flexible, but it cannot be used as building wire. A voltage rating is not printed on the wire. The wire is excellent for low voltage applications, but nothing else. Is is not NEC compliant.

JeffJeff: Comes exactly as pictured. I could care less that it doesn't come in individual rolls. You save money this way. I have my own means of storing wire. The wire itself is great flexible silicone wire. I always do a lighter test when getting new wire and it indeed passed. A lighter flame did absolutely nothing to the wire. A PVC wire would have been a puddle of melted goop and a naked wire. Idk why anyone would even buy that crap wire anymore. Silicone all day every day. 24awg is perfect 3d printer guage as well

Theo: The version I ordered was the 7 colour 18awg set. The wires themselves are very consistent and flexible. Their colour variation is noticeable to anyone who doesn't have visual challenges (they didn't give you a dark blue with a slightly darker blue for example), and you get a lot of variety for the price. Like, this is an astronomically better deal if you care about multiple colours and are intending to use them within small projects than anything else I found online or locally.

Some other people have mentioned the width being inconstant or otherwise smaller than advertised. Mine all looked the same when compared to each other, but are all visibly thinner than standard 18awg, or at least the stuff I have to compare to. Not enough so that my strippers ruin them when used on the 18 slot (these are actually much easier to prep due to the material), and once you pull back their silicone, the metal core looks the same as it should. Judging by my sample anyway, I think these are the proper gauge of wire as advertised, but just use slightly thinner insulation material on the outside.

I can only see this being an issue in projects where much higher than 18 should be used...

Travis: I planned on using this for battery connector for my drone however it is not as flexible as other wire that I've used It worries me that it may work itself off of the circuit board so I have to choose a different wire. It is a good price however. So I can still use it for many other applications or where flexibility is not extremely important.

Canaille: J’ai toujours utilisé des câbles avec une gaine de PVC. C’est terminé. Les câbles en silicone sont tellement plus pratique. Super flexible et ce « skinne » facilement. Le prix est un peu élevé par contre. Un peu moins cher et 5 étoiles assurée !

David George: This was my first experience with silicone wire. I cannot say enough good things about it. It was easy to strip, extremely flexible and for my purpose it had great temperature specs for the insulation. It arrived much faster than expected and was sealed in a reusable plastic bag and wrapped with a Velcro strap. The wire seems to be of very good quality. I will definitely be getting more of this wire for other projects.
