JackJack: So cute and convenient, I am surprised that the laptop runs very fast and very light. The 12GB DDR4 and 512GB will have enough space for my need. The touch screen function is so great with a high solution. The screen can be easily rotated to 360 degrees and it feels like a tablet. The whole body is very slim and easy to carry, I could hold it and lay in my bed for a movie or a video. Great experience, great value for the price and highly recommended.

Scott Meeks: My wife needed a budget laptop for work and the price seemed right on this one. Worked fine for the first 5 months but now will not boot - can't even get to a BIOS. It's kind of hard to tell if it's a charge issue but I see a small green light illuminated when plugged in. I've hooked it up to my Dell Thunderbolt docking station to see if that was the issue but it apparently was not. I emailed their customer support and received no reply. Can't recommend I'm afraid. Look elsewhere. UPDATE: After writing this review I was contacted by Bailey with BMAX who quickly offered to exchange my busted rig for a new one. She was quick to reply to my messages and shipped out a new laptop as soon as the old one was received (they even paid for the return shipping which was nice). New laptop is running great so far and Bailey said to contact her directly should I have any issues. Changed from one star to 4 stars but I must say they were quite clear that I was under no obligation to do so - it was explicitly stated in their initial contact with me that under no circumstances should I feel compelled to amend my review.

Carlos Toxtli: This machine is amazing. Upgraded to Windows 11 (it took a few weeks before I got the upgrade notification). I did dual boot to install Linux Ubuntu and Windows, and both work great, all drivers worked for both operating systems. This is the best value & quality touch screen computer with 8gb RAM you can get. I'm using it as a wireless surround audio system via bluetooth on ubuntu and it does the job I'd expect.

Elizabeth M.: I am so pleased with this 2 in 1, I returned 2 other ones previous to this one because they were extra slow and non existence audio, even though they were GOOD Brands, One of them stop working after 40 days! anyhow this beauty is sturdy, somewhat light, the screen resolution is great for my needs ( emphasis on for MY needs )
the keyboard lights up, Thanks god because I would have returned it if NOT, my sight is not that good.
I definitely recommend this laptop/tablet, I am NOT a PRO so said that its not gonna beat an IPAD or other high end machines per se to do crazy stuff. Just basic school or work, the video is good and the audio too. I just LOVE IT!!!!! ( I will be using it for light work on the go )

Cesar Gonzalez: Me parece una buena compra. Tengo dos quejas. La primera es que, al ser una compra de un país hispanohablante, esperaba el teclado en español. La segunda es el poco contraste de las letras en las teclas respecto al color, y que los niveles de iluminación del teclado son muy tenues.
