mcauliffetj: I installed these about a month ago and my only regret is not doing this sooner.
The installation is dead simple and very quick. I would suggest getting yourself a right angle adapter for your drill to make snugging the drill up close to the top corner when installing. I think that would have been incredibly frustrating to do without that.
Note: I had seen a recommendation here that you'd want two of these for heavier 3 hinge doors. I bought under that assumption and found that just a single unit will the three hinge doors with a glass insert that I have.
The good news is that meant I was able to install these throughout the house instead of just the kitchen.
I'd suggest assuming one per cabinet door.
If you want to retrofit your kitchen with soft close doors this is a no brainer, go for it!

DoomGuyDoomGuy: The media could not be loaded.  Relatively easy to install - just need an electric drill to make a pilot hole and a screwdriver to fit the adapter - otherwise all parts supplied. I struggled a little with fitting one of the right-hand widgets and it sits at an angle compared with its left-hand neighbour but still works very well.
Time will tell how long they last but thanks to God, so far so great.
I have attached a video to show the difference between closing these cabinets with the Blumotion fitted, and the last one when I ran out of widgets!

Nate: Pros:
- Fairly inexpensive for a minor kitchen upgrade.
- Order came with everything you need in the box, albeit missing instructions.
- Seem better built than the plastic alternatives on Amazon.

Cons:
- Not the sturdiest mounting method. I can wiggle them loose despite installing them properly.
- Even when the soft close kit set screw is configured on the highest amount of dampening, I can still close a door fairly easily and have it slam shut, though quieter than it would be if they weren't installed.
- The plastic spacer piece has a side of plastic that keeps the dampener from sitting flush mount against the cabinet insert. It works, it's just easy for this to go off center if you don't hold it just right as you screw in the unit.

Overall:
- I would buy this again. It works to achieve the desired soft close effect, but if my budget allowed I would have gone the hinge replacement method. Perhaps if I had a nicer quality kitchen cabinet set I would do that anyhow.

Geoff: 90+% as efficient as replacing two Blum hinges, yet at 25-30% of the price if purchased in the 20 pack. Extremely high quality. 1 or 2 packs can do a small to mid sized home, including kitchen, bathrooms, etc. I Installed them on 4 high use kitchen upper cabinets and used them for a couple of weeks. I’m satisfied enough to now install the balance. If it’s a bit finicky to install on your particular doors at first attempt, get a handy friend if you are not.
I’m a 100% type usually and will pay for it, rather than deal with inadequacies and headaches, but this made too much sense to ignore, especially when impressed with the quality and performance of the product.

Shaq: I love that my kitchen cabinets now close without a sound. I just had to make sure that there was enough space in each of my cabinets to accommodate them. I don't have to worry about my cabinet doors slamming and making my glasses rattle. The only problem is when I get angry and can no longer slam my doors to express my anger! My husband is definitely happy about that!

Raleighphile: I used these Blumotion Hinge Adapters for compact door hinges on my Merrilat-brand cabinets. While these hinge-adapter bumpers are not specifically advertised as being universal I read a lot of other reviews from other customers who used them for other cabinets with non-blumotion hinges and since they said these worked well for them I took the chance.

And am I ever glad I did -they work WONDERFULLY.

Installation was a real snap using a flexible shaft bit extension. You REALLY need one of those to put these in correctly or else you are not going to be able to get your drill or driver in at the correct angle and the crooked screw is going to make the bumper sit askew. What you want looks just like this: [...] or you can buy it locally at your friendly home or hardware store.

You'll also need a drill bit that fits a 1/4" bit extension since you want to pre-drill the hole or risk cracking and ruining the wood on your cabinet. A set like this is what you want: [...] you can buy something like that locally as well but you will need a drill that can make the pilot hole that will fit in the 1/4" socket of the flexible extension so it will drill into the cabinet face...
