Am@zon: The ball stays extremely balanced and does wonder for my lower back, but the pump it comes with it garbage and take an hr to inflate, it also loses air quickly (refill it every week) but love the ball. 9/10

Shiloh RC: I sit (and bounce) on this ball for multiple hours a day while working from home. The pump is really squeaky. Like obnoxiously squeaky so I used a different pump I have, which is no problem seeing as I purchased this for the ball, not the pump. The ball did come with 2 plugs (handy in case I lose one) and this AWESOME tool to remove the plug. Super useful in case the ball stretches and needs a little more air. I definitely recommend this product

Duane Wages: The ball is great. The little pump they give you is like a child’s toy, but it was unexpected and free so not complaining. Luckily I have a small compressor. Ball is exactly what I was looking for.

Captain: My boyfriend wanted to get an excercise ball to use as a desk chair cause he can't sit still, so I bought this one. Went one side up from the graph as it's not being used for conventional excercise and it works wonders! He loves it and barely sits on the old rolly chair anymore.

Amazon Customer: I know you're supposed to wait and keep re-pumping until it sizes up to a sphere, but mine never did. I bought mine back in February for $33 which was more than others around, and lower than it is currently (25$). The material felt good and the wrinkles cleared up mostly, though.

While I use mine as a chair now primarily, it's important to have a sphere shape for sit-ups. I chose this because I liked the color and it didn't look cheaply made, plus their logo is nice. I only wish mine were spherical as it should be.

EDIT: Convinced maybe it was my fault, that perhaps I didn't inflate it enough, I decided to inflate it a little more than usual. This made the ball POP. Now I have no ball. The papers that came with the ball said that the pump attached is safe and not capable of over-pumping. I wasn't sitting on the ball when it happened, thankfully.

EDIT x2: Contacted BMP and they took care of things. Mine was declared defective and I will be getting a replacement. Thanks BMP! I'll see how the next one goes.

jsc: Great so far. It's a nice matte purple and so far hasn't tracked up any dust or hair from the floor. Comes with the handy foot pump (which apparently can be used to both inflate and deflate) that has two different sized tips, two plugs, and a fork-thingy to help remove the plug from the ball. I purchased the 65cm one as that was the size recommended by my physiotherapist (I am 5'6"). Right now I am mainly using this ball to sit on and bounce around as I am nearing my delivery date. I expect I will use it after birth as well to bounce while holding the baby. For those of you who said this only inflated to 55cm - I inflated mine with the handy foot pump to what I thought was full, and when I measured it the next day, it was 57cm in diameter. Given that the ball comes with instructions saying that it needs to stretch and to basically fill it up as much as you can, I decided to inflate it some more and was able to get it to 63cm. I am sure I can get it to the full 65cm but I ran out of patience pumping it haha (plus there is a bit of air loss when removing the pump but before the plug is put back in). So don't lose hope!

Je travaille assis toute la journée. J’alterne entre une chaise de bureau et le ballon. Au départ, la chaise est plus confortable et reposante, mais après quelques heures, on devient ankylosé et la chaise devient inconfortable. Assis sur le ballon, on est porté de façon naturelle à activer un peu plus les jambes, de sautiller et de faire travailler les mollets, ce qui évite d’ankyloser. Personnellement, j’utilise le ballon uniquement parce qu’en alternance avec la chaise, ça améliore mon confort. Pour le prix et l’amélioration de confort, ce ballon est un bon achat et ça vaut vraiment la peine.

Pour ma grandeur, le ballon recommandé à un diamètre de 65cm. Lorsque je suis assis sur le ballon, je suis un peu plus haut que lorsque je suis assis sur une chaise. Avec ma table de travail, la différence de hauteur n’est pas gênante. Par contre, si vous avez un bureau avec un tiroir vis-à-vis vos jambes ou que votre moniteur est déjà un peu trop bas, vous pourriez avoir besoin d’ajuster votre poste de travail.
