Don Hauser: I wanted to seal my stone backsplash,because I’d already splashed on some bacon grease,and didn’t want any more stains.I got the area all prepped,and after reading other reviews,got a spray nozzle to apply it.Well nothing came out,except for a few squirts,of milky white liquid!!!When upon further inspection,the product had congealed into a white blob!!!I was able to squeeze it out,of the btl,and applied it anyway.It says not to shake the btl,maybe it should say,shake to the bjesus,to break up the blob!!I don’t really see any shine or sheen to it,a little bit,but not what I see in the photos,I’m kinda bummed…

BeachComber: Given the price, should come with a sprayer. Had to scrounge one from an old bottle. Other than that, seems to do the trick.

SAM: Just wanted to try a bit without buying large quantity, so it’s nice they have a “sample” size to try. But even this size will go far!!
It’s very think, watery milk like, brushes on easy, dried quick and it really does look good. Not overly glossy . Used on an old slate patio table, made the colors pop back and now easy to wipe down! Will be getting more to do slate floors inside!!!

Amazon Customer: It definitely darkens stone but we were hoping for more of a wet look however this is a water base versus a solvent base . Our fault as we did not read the details before ordering

Tim Heintz: The bottle clearly states that, "Covers approximately 150 to 250 sq. ft. per quart depending on surface, porosity, temperature, and method of application." My surface is concrete, which is porous, the temperature was in the low 70s, and I used a brush, which should give the most efficient application. I was spreading it as thinly as I could, but couldn't get the quart to cover my 80 sq. ft. I had to buy a second bottle, which I haven't been able to use because the temperature is now too high.
The area that has coverage looks much better than the area that doesn't, and I feel it's well protected, but I don't like that I had to buy twice as much to cover half as much.
I feel I will be happy in the end. I'm just currently disappointed.

Spikd: We used this sealant on the slate tiles in an exterior entranceway. It did the job.
