WM: This will have all the features you want at the price you like. It works as advertised.

The one thing I don't like is the condensation that can appear on the control panel. I worry about the buttons and controls being exposed to that much moisture over the long term. I've only had it for a month; so I don't know if it will have a negative impact. There is also condensation on the inside - on the lid that lifts up. I'm less worried about that and just find it annoying at times.

Brittany S.: This is a pretty solid coffee maker. The one I had before was very old and did not make that good of coffee. This one is a lot newer in design and performs the function of making coffee well. It had an added program feature for future brewing. That's about the extent of the bells and whistles but it's a cheap coffee maker, what do you expect? Lol

The only negative that I have for the unit is that the area where the clock is has absolutely no light behind it. So its hard to see in the dark, actually its impossible to see in the dark. Other than that, this is a solid purchase.

Alex Scott: This is a decent coffee maker. It does what it's supposed to do, at a reasonable price.
I love that the filter basket is removable for easier cleaning. Display and operation is (mostly) intuitive. I really like the design of the brew head (I have no idea if thats the correct term - the part where hot water comes out and goes over the filter basket). I think it is shaped in a way that provides a more consistent brew.

I've only had it for about a month, but I've had other black + decker coffee makers before and even living somewhere that has hard water and being someone who is too lazy to only use filtered water in my coffee maker, they always last longer than average for coffee makers. So I expect it will last a long time.

I only have some minor complaints. Nothing that would make me not want to purchase this, but it would have made me think twice if I had a little more room in the budget when I was in the market for the coffee maker.

1) On my previous coffee maker, you could turn on the "strong brew" setting at any time. You didn't have to do it before starting the brew. This has been hard to adjust to and I don't really understand why it is set up this...

Rhonda G: im sure the coffee pot is fine but right out of the box the plastic was chipped and pulled away from the machine. there is no way to contact Amazon to tell them this all i can do is right a review or return it and unfortunately we where without a coffee maker so in need of this replacement. no very happy with either black and decker or amazon at right now.
