MG: This is a great cookbook, full of fun recipes to try from your favorite shows. It is a great Date idea, to make something from this book and watch the show that inspired the dish!

Hazen: I've been a huge fan of Babish for the last two years and I love his whole thing. Watching shows and recreating dishes is genius! I've made a bunch of these starting with all of the recipes from Chef with Jon Favreau. Talk about delicious. I also appreciate all of the personality in the verdicts of each dish. Thank you Babish for introducing me to a new passion of cooking. My fiancé is pretty happy to have these stellar meals made for her too haha.

J. Seader: Got this as a Christmas gift for my mother. I'd gotten her into watching the various Babish shows on YouTube about a year prior. She was happy to receive this book. She liked that she could sit down and read through the recipes on her own pace, instead of trying to follow along with the videos in the middle of prep/cooking.
The book contains a nice variety of recipes, some complex, others rather simple; some that sound delicious, while others just sound gross and should only be made on a dare.
I can think of many creations that I've seen on the series that didn't make it into this book, so hopefully, this will be just the first volume with more to come.

Cezar: The book was a really nice gift to my partner and we both enjoyed going thru it and the quality of the print.
Sadly, there was absolutely no packaging, besides having the book thrown into a box twice it's size, alongside some other items I ordered and a bunch of crumpled up paper.
The corners were a bit bent from all the back and forward during shipping.

Amy Sumida, Author of The Godhunter, Twilight Court, Spellsinger, Spectra, Soul Stones, and Tales of the Beneath Series: I expected a quality cookbook with interesting recipes, most of which are better for entertainment than eating. That's what I got. The recipes are clear, come with short explanations on why they were chosen, and the pictures are professional. I knocked off one star because in a book like this, featuring food taken from movies and such, recipes that will likely not be made, the biggest draw are the pictures. I wanted to see a picture of every recipe, especially since I know he made them for his cooking channel. Unfortunately, not only were there random pictureless recipes, they were the ones I wanted to see most. I would have been fine without the cubano sandwich. It's a sandwich. And yet there were multiple sandwich recipes all with photos. But the grandest recipe of all, the one that Babish himself calls "a thing of beauty," dind NOT have a photo! Sooooo disappointing.
