Timothy Cooper: Seriously, this type of pen has been around for ages, I'm sure you're familiar, they're reasonable quality.
I find the selection of different colours useful for learning languages (i.e. black for the language I'm writing, red for the English translation, blue for additional comments & green for phonetics if needed) & they're still good for daily use.
The price for this pack of 12 is about the same as buying 3 from a high-street stationery shop, bargain.
