The Belkin Power Strip Surge Protector is the perfect choice for your home, office, or travel needs. Featuring six rotating AC multiple outlets and a flat pivot plug, this heavy-duty wall outlet extender is designed to provide reliable power output and customer support. With 1,080 joules of protection, this electrical multi-outlet is sure to provide the highest level of performance and safety for all your charging needs. Visit the Belkin Store today and experience the best in power and protection. Imho: You can spend years looking at and trying to understand everything that goes into surge protection. If you do, you will be an Electrical Engineer. Suffice it to say, it really should be "surge damage control" but it does not sound as reassuring as "surge protection"... If it dies after a surge or after two years AND your devices plugged into it are alive, the unit did EXACTLY what it was designed to do. It isn't a powerstrip with a circuit breaker.
For a unit this size, it has the best features and specs (at least on the latest unit I got):
-400V clamping voltage; usually units this size and power strips are 500v and up which is questionable, lower is better
-made in Vietnam and not China
-rotating outlets are a must
-both surge protection AND grounding lights
-center screw(keep the wall plate on when installing)
This is a household grade unit and costs as such. If the specs are right, there isn’t anything better for a wall mountable surge protector. If you are plugging in irreplaceable equipment and live in a surge prone area, buy yourself a professional high end unit that cleans up your power, makes it impossible for a surge to ever reach it,...

William J.: This adapter allows for each outlet to swivel. This allows for use of all outlets whether using a normal size plug or over sized. Most adapters limit use of only some of the outlets due to over sized plugs. This works great!

Lucy C.: It was working normally at the beginning. I had three small appliances plugged in - a kettle, an air fryer, and a rice cooker. It was fine to use two of them at the same time. However, when I used all three at once, it stopped working. There was no reset key, so it was completely broken.

James73: Works well and exactly what I needed. Only downside it’s a little bulky because of the rotating outlets. And it would have been nice if white was a colour option.

The Drone: I’m not sure why there is only one plug rather than two. It’s likely a cost cutting measure. How disappointing. I hate it when manufacturers try to skimp on a few dollars. Otherwise, it works well. When installing, keep the existing bracket. Otherwise, this does not cover the outlet well, which is unusual. Normally, you shouldn’t require a bracket at all.

Rick D. Huff: We have lots of wires behind the entertainment system. This box eliminates the need for any extension cords. All you do is remove the center screw from the plug plate and mount this with a screwdriver.
We live on top of hill and our home has been affected by lightning on 5 different occasions. Fortunately, none of them have been direct hits but they have had powerful effects on our home devices. I have had PC motherboards burned, 2 wireless routers, 2 TV's ravaged. Most recently there was a nearby strike that actually was close enough that the ground surge tripped a single breaker that just happened to be the one with the TV and the cable box and router. The TV was saved but the cable box and routers were cooked.
These devices are now on this Belkin surge protector. I have a suspicion that it will be tested.

BigT: FAST delivery! Works as expected.
I bought it to replace a unit that “pulls” from the receptacle when multiple plugs are used due to the weight.
As per other reviewers you need to have the older style receptacle to secure this unit to it to prevent it from pulling out.
It has a screw already installed in the mount. You then need to remove the faceplate from your outlet so you can screw into that middle screw hole where the faceplate normally secures to. Takes less than 5 minutes.
Only other issue to consider is that the plugs fit horizontally not vertically. Not an issue in my case but something to be aware of.

KLKL: Just got this, and seems to work fairly well. Saves the space where I used to use a power bar and surge protector.
A couple issues though. It's a bit loose. Unfortunately, I cannot use the supplied screw to secure it to the wall. My outlets do not have a screw location in the middle like older models I guess. Luckily you can remove it. But when I use bigger power bricks, it's a bit heavy for it. The unit itself is a bit bigger than I was hoping. Would have been nice to have some USB slots too, like the Belkin power bar that I'm replacing with this, but not a deal breaker.
Bought it for $23.99. Decent price. Happy with it so far. Nice to have the power bar out of the way now.

R. Hyne: Oops. I purchased the 'Wall Mounted" option thinking that it would simply mount on the wall behind my monitors. When it arrived there was no cord on this unit because it plugs right into an existing outlet. I will have to use something else for the task at hand. I read the other reviews, but the reviews referred any of the models shown. Oh, well, should have read the description closer.
Upon further review, I now see that this unit does not fit newer receptacles. Will send it back.
ANOTHER PRODUCT
Little hard to review these items when they are group together, but ... the wall mounted review above stands and is being returned. There is another photo on the manufacture's web site with two photos on THAT product, only one here on Amazon BUT, now for the new review on the 8 outlet WITH 6' cord.
LOVE IT. Gave it five starts. Sits nice behinds my monitors and allows for some adjustments when it comes to plugging things in. Sits snug against the wall that my desk is up against. If I wanted to mount this on a wall, I could, but laying flat on the desk seems to work just fine.

Alex ThornAlex Thorn: Love it the fact that it's adjustable helps a lot. It was incredibly easy to install, pricing was perfect and it stays sturdy to the wall while providing the right power for the price.
