Tea LoverTea Lover: I bought this about a year ago, and I was very happy with it for a few months. It functioned as it should and looked very pretty. However, both the color and leash get very visibly dirty and discolored, even though I tried hard to only have my dog wear them when it was nice out and she wasn't going to be getting muddy. Additionally, the handle of the leash got very discolored just from me holding. they wash okay maybe once or twice, but after that the color fades like crazy. That's to be expected, and is not in itself a problem, just something to be aware of if you want to buy a light colored pattern.

However, what is not expected, and is very disappointing is the total lack of durability on the leash. I've had this for about one year, and the fabric on the leash is extremely ripped and frayed, especially by the handle. I'm pretty careful with the leash and never let it drag on the ground, and my dog is not a puller and doesn't bite at her leash, so there is no reason for this to be completely breaking down after only a year. The only stress on the leash is from me rapping it around my hand/wrist.
Also the engraved name on the collar clasp got very scratched up and is...

Megan: I bought this, along with 2 other collars from this seller and only 2 arrived. I contacted the seller to see about a refund to purchase the 3rd one again, and they instead sent me a new one, exactly as I ordered it, with the correct customizations! They responded within a couple hours, and it was all sorted by the next morning (I first contacted them at night). It was completely hassle-free on my part. They only asked for a picture of the 2 I did receive to make sure they sent the correct one from the order.

The bow on this particular collar lasted a week or two, which was longer than the “soft” ones from the other “soft” collars I ordered. I honestly didn’t expect it to last long because I have 4 dogs, 2 of which are 5-month-old 1/2 border collie puppies. If you have a well-behaved dog, I expect it would last much longer, and it is super cute. It didn’t feel flimsy or poorly made, but not much can withstand growing pups. The bow is the only reason I knocked off a star for durability, since it is part of the product. Still 5/5 stars overall.
