Sean: I have refinished 8 old buildings with this stuff. I know it's not made for hardwood floors as such, but it rocks! Sand, stain, and spread this stuff out with a rag. It takes about 2 days to dry enough that you won't bust your butt when walking on it. The old hardwood really soaks this stuff up and loves it. After a couple days, use a buffer or just a towel you don't care about and wipe it all down. It dries completely in about a week and has that rich glow of a waxed floor. It smells great too! I re-apply every 5 years or so if needed.
