When I first unpackaged, I was concerned because the mattress was rolled up and vacuum sealed to fit in a long, narrow box. Once unpackaged and followed instructions, it blew out into a regular mattress as seen in the pictures, not being able to tell it came in a little box! This mattress takes the aches and pain out of your body as it melts into the bed! Whenever I’m on vacation, I start to miss my mattress! That’s how great this product is. I gladly tell all my friends and family I ordered my mattress off of Amazon! 10/10

N: I took a risk and got this king size mattress online just hoping it would be a good fit for us.
I’ve only had it for a day. The box came beat up and it was super heavy but mattress condition was perfect. Mattress took about 5 hours to fully decompress and I’ve already took a nap on it. FEELS HEAVENLY and exactly to my liking. It’s firm but not rock hard. It’s soft but not sinking soft. For a first day review, It seems like it provides the right support for side and tummy sleepers and mattress material is of great quality. No chemical smells, no dents, no stains.

I will update review in a few months once it’s broken in.

FinesseFinesse: The media could not be loaded.  The BedStory Queen Mattress, 14 Inch is a above average Bed in a Box.

The bed is comfortable and weight is distributed equally. We are fortunate enough to have waited the instructed 72 hours to inflate/fill in.

If this will be your primary bed 🛏 allow it to form. The bed is more on the firmer side and it will take a week for your body to get adjusted if you accustomed to medium to soft foam type Mattresses.

Always suggest to wait weeks if not months before posting reviews to provide an accurate response.

We would recommend this Mattress to purchase.

Breton: Pros:
- Very comfortable! This is not your typical 'mattress in a box', but a legit high quality feeling mattress.
- Very supportive, I find myself tossing and turning so much less and getting more good quality rest.
- Mattress expands very quickly, you could pretty much start using it as soon at it is unwrapped.
Cons:
- There is a tag (I guess??) sewn into the mattress near the foot area that is very thick and noticeable when your feet touch it at night. It's made from very thick paper rather than cloth. This isn't a deal breaker for me, but could definitely be an improvement
- The mattress does still have a smell after two weeks. I would describe it as a new carpet, car, etc. sort of smell that could potentially bother those sensitive to smells; which I am not. My clothes I wear to bed even have soaked up the scent a little. Might be better if you let air out for 24 hours or so without using?
- I debated whether to list this as a con because it was more of a surprise than anything, but this mattress is VERY heavy. I got the queen and it weighed around 115lbs. Basically, if your thinking "I can handle a mattress in a box up the stairs",...

KK: Update: 23 July 2023
It has been just shy of 3 years since my last update. This bed is still comfortable and holding up VERY well. There is no additional sloping in the middle, although I was certainly expecting it to wear down over time. The sides of the mattress are still as sturdy as the day I first sat on it.
I ditched the mattress topper about a year ago and I have to say I don't think I even needed it for this bed. It is still comfortable, and now with the topper gone, I sleep much cooler than before.

Unboxing was an entertaining event.
Being delivered shortly before my lunch break, I decided to eat lunch at home to give the mattress a head start.
