SConn: What an amazing family. The love and commitment they had for each other in such a devastating time was beautiful. I felt drawn into their lives and emotional experiences. I pray they will find some peace and happiness as their lives move forward. Thank you for sharing your family's life with me and others. May God bless all of you tenfold!

Hannah Wall: I remember where and where I was when Becky went missing, I was working for a company in warmley and remember seeing the news, watching with hope that Becky would be found safe and sound, feeling sick when the news stated ‘body parts found’ to have the whole nightmare unfold on the news.
No parent should have to outlive their child but when one of their children is murdered by another of their children is something no human should have to imagine let alone live with.
The book has so many ups and downs, I felt sick to the stomach with Becky’s murdered but also an absolute feeling of hopelessness for a mother who loved and loves her son.
Very powerful book. I just hope they have peace for the rest of their lives.
RIP Becky.

tracy: What a tragic and absolutely devastating thing to happen to a lovely family,my heart goes out to you.
A act of pure evil by someone who you loved and cared for how could they have done something like that to Becky that poor girl.
I wish you all the best for the future, and thank you for writing this book I had to put it down a few times just heartbreaking.

Sandy: I felt uncomfortable reading this book. I was amazed at the relationship between Nathan's mother (Anje) and Darren (Becky's father) survived this horrendous crime. My best wishes for their future together go out to them and their families. It is difficult to comprehend the evil emotion's which drove Nathan and his partner to plan and execute the murder of Becky. The murder of Becky was and is horrific. Justice according to the law is never long enough when viewed against the life of the victim. But in our world that is all we have. Darren was and is a very brave man, as his wife Anji is a strong woman to have gone through this horrendous life altering event, and stayed together .

TrueOBSESSION: First, thank you to Becky's father for writing this book. I came across a YouTube documentary about the case but as I began to watch it, I remembered seeing this book before. I sat down and read it straight through. It's almost a tragedy of Biblical proportions. One woman's son murders the daughter of her husband? Human resiliency is showcased throughout. Now time for amateur psychology. Since there was no mention of Nathan using drugs we are not able to point to that as some kind of mitigating circumstance. All I can come to is that as the years went by and Becky began to grow into a slender and beautiful young woman, Nathan's lust and frustration that he couldn't have her began to grow. He and his girlfriend Shauna obviously had some Paul Bernardo and Karla Homolka type thing going on. Also, all the porn use and fantasy obviously began warping his brain. He was probably a sociopath and I am surprised he was able to get through school as when you listen to his words he comes across as a weird little boy living in a comic book world. The whole kidnapping plot to teach Becky a lesson was clearly the best thing he could come up with and he stuck to it. The way he recounted how he...

Kim Pierson: You can feel the parents intense shock of what took place of the murder of Becky from her step brother in each chapter. This book was emotional as you find yourself wanting to know more of WHY the brother would do such a horrific crime
