Sandy Greene: I love their product. I could not find good couscous in my local grocery stores so ordered online. It was delicious. My doctor had put me on special diet for my diabetes and I had never used couscous in my cooking. It is easy to cook, easy to add many different things to change the taste, and much better in your diet.
Try it. My little grandkids loved it.

jennifer: What is not to like? They are easy to make and really tasty when you cook them in broth and season them and the containers seem small but are surprisingly long lasting. Perfect when you want something different from a traditional side and goes great with most dishes.

Robbie: I've been a big fan of "regular" couscous for many years. Just recently my dad suggested I try Israeli couscous. I couldn't find it at the two grocery stores I frequent so I looked to Amazon and found this product.
One of my go-to quick recipes is to sauté some onions, garlic, zucchini, mushrooms, diced tomatoes, etc. Once that mixture is simmering in its sauce, I'll prepare a cup of couscous, fluff it up, and add it to the vegetables. The instructions for the Israeli couscous is a little more complicated than the regular stuff. It requires browning or toasting, and then adding boiling water, and then simmering. With the regular couscous I just boil water, stir in couscous, remove from heat and let sit covered for a few minutes. I followed the instructions to the letter with this stuff and before adding to the vegetable mixture I thought I'd try a bite of it by itself. It was still undercooked, at least for my taste. It was still a little hard in the center. No worries though, as I added it to my veggies knowing it would absorb more liquid.
The dish turned out great, and...
