LynnZ.: All the pastas are excellent including the mostaccioli. I especially like this brand as the pasta is not overly starchy as I have found some brands to be. When I can’t get my favorite Ronzoni brand, Barilla is the one I always purchase.

Xxoddam: Barilla has always been my go to for sauce. The flavor is never acidic and makes a nice base. This pasta is a great pairing but I found myself with out Barilla pasta sauce and the noodles were already set to boil. I made a quick Alfredo with some whole milk, flour, cornstarch - sautéed some mushrooms and voila! The sauce worked well with this type of noodle. I liked the consistency with the Alfredo because it gave it a bit of a gnocchi vibe.

JoAnn - FL: This being my favorite pasta and hard to get where I live, have no choice but to order it online (or wait for snowbirds to bring it to me). Way too pricey, but sometimes there’s no choice when you really want the item.
