Used this for fettuccine alfredo with shrimp. The pasta cooked fine , a little firmer than regular.
the only issue was leftovers. The pasta got hard and was inedible the next day. We ended up picking out the shrimp, draining the sauce & tossing the pasta. Thats our experience anyway

Michael: I have tried all different GF pastas and Barilla is by far the best. The fettuccini noodles are a little thick but still very good. They hold together well and don’t fall apart like some other brands.

Jennifer: I have tried so many kinds and these are wonderful, it feels like you are eating regular pasta. There are not a lot of packaged GF Fettuccini noodles, so it was a nice change. I normally only eat Andean Dream Quinoa Spaghetti, but you get tired of eating the same one over and over so this was a nice find and had to leave a review.

M. Jones: This is not your Mama's Gluten Free Fettucine my friends. You can feed this to your biggest gluten-free critic and they will not be able to tell it is gluten-free. It has a delicious taste and no weird consistency once cooked. This will be a staple in our home pantry from now on.
