BritaniA: Really love how high waisted these are. I have a long torso and they come above my belly button - score!! I was in between sizes on the size chart, so I ordered the size up bc I didn’t want them to be tight at all and they are loose but the waist tightens with the drawstring and was able to wear leggings underneath on a cool fall day and keep warm. Lots of zippered pockets, material is stretchy and overall these are amazing pants. Recommend!!

CJCJ: The Backstory: Once upon a time, I found the perfect pair of sweats (they were not these). This was 6 years ago. I bought 3 pairs of them when I realized how much I liked them because I knew someday, inevitably, I'd run out. Those sweats have been unavailable on amazon for approximately 5.5 years and I have never been able to find them again. I've checked intermittently, hoping that they'd be there again because once I find something I like, I stick to them and try to just keep buying the same thing as long as the quality remains the same. About 3 months ago after multiple holes started appearing in the crotch and the legs began to fray on all of them, I knew I'd have to find another pair of pants.

The Search: I started passively searching around 3 months ago. I'm a med student so I don't have an abundance of time or money, so passive searching is me looking on amazon in the middle of a long shift or as I'm falling asleep in bed avoiding my responsibilities. These actually caught my eye pretty early on because I have two sets of legging shorts with pockets from Baleaf that I really like, and I thought that maybe these would be good too, but $37 was a little much for me to...

333dde: I bought 2 of these Baleaf jogger pants - Black 01 in XL and 12-Black-cargo-jogger-2...in Large. I love them for their sweat-wicking properties. I'm in peri-menopause & sweat in a freezer, and not just a normal glistening - I sweat profusely everywhere. I needed these pants for both the cooling factor & to not show wetness. These fit that bill perfectly. Even for pants in the summer, they are just as cooling as shorts, thus they hide the sweat drops that run down my legs, protect furniture, & keep me from sticking to the car's leather seat.

Regarding fit: For reference, I am 5'1", 160 lbs, ~27" inseam (short legs), and carry most of my weight around the middle section. I usually wear large
to XL (sizes 14 - 16) tops and medium to large (sizes 10 - 14) bottoms. The xl is baggy & the large fits loosely, but it still works bc of the elastic waistbands & drawstrings. I might try the medium next time. The waistbands are not the same. The Black 01 elastic waistband is perfect: ~1½" wide, sewn throught to secure in place, and doesn't roll. The cargo pants' elastic waistband is <1", not secured within that tube seam, and rolls terribly. It sucks 97%,...

S G: I love baleaf pants. I have shorts with a similar waistband to this and I ripped the elastic out of those because if digs into the skin. It takes them from being a 8/10 to a 10/10. I tried to rip the elastic out on this but the way that it is sewn means that ripping the elastic out would also rip the top seam completely open. Other than the difficulty ripping the elastic out, great pants. Light and comfy.

Nicole: I LOVE THESE PANTS! I do a lot of hiking, and usually I am in shorts because I can never find pants I like. These are so soft and stretchy, they moved with me in every direction and there was no restricting parts.

Took these on a 5 days hike on the West Coast Trail, and they held up perfectly. Through the mud, sand, branches, thistles, bouldering, slips & falls, sap. They took it all without even as much as a snag. The zippers seem very durable, and the pockets are a good size (held my phone with plenty of room to adjust it out of the way). I wore them in the sun & heat but also in the cloud and mist, they kept me protected from the sun and cool even in the +28C weather, and then dried very quick never feeling wet in the mist and water.

The waist band is nice and high rise, with the tie below the stomach so to not dig in. I will say the band is a softer different material, and does take a little longer to dry, but honestly nothing I noticed for more then 15 minutes, and only got really sweaty right where my pack hip belt sat.

I will definitely be getting these in all the colours, and I hope they come out with more colours!
