NealOh: Very effective mat, especially for me. I am in my 70's, have had a total knee replacement and have arthritis in my other knee. I can do all my stretching and exercising without any jarring pain when I use this mat. Beats my old mat hands down. Comes with a two year warranty which is perfect for me as I use this mat twice a day. Rating this on a "weight to cushion" scale, it's hard to imagine getting a better product especially at this price.

Irene: Para el precio está genial, es larga y no muy ancha pero para yoga, pilates o cualquier deporte sirve. Es bastante gruesa y algo impermeable, no te haces daño al clavar las rodillas. Lo único resbala un poco pero con los calcetines apropiados o descalza vale.
