DL: My 10-year-old gymnastics granddaughter loves it! It has given her so much confidence. I bought the 4'x10' size and it has plenty of room for her to practice on. It also has velcro edging to attach even more mats to it. She has used it multiple times every single day since she got it. That's a win for everyone!

Lizette T Cueva: I wanted a gymnastics mat that would grow with my daughter and had enough room for her to do her gymnastics moves. So, I paid a little more for this one compared to other cheaper in price and smaller in length. The mat gets moved back and forth from being inside to outside the house and it's holding very well. My kids use it under their gymnastics rack outside and inside for practicing cartwheels. I like that I can buy another mat in the future and connect it to this one. Perfect if we ever plan to have a gym area at home.

HeatherJ: Got a pair these to use around my pole dance pole. No mat surgery was required, the velcros work beautifully around the base of the pole. No dangerous sliding mats and there's a large enough coverage area I don't need to worry about whacking my head on unprotected floor.
Only downside has been it's a bit tricky to switch between spin and static, but that's purely because the mats secure so well around the base, all said a good problem to have. I could probably toss together a fix for that if I cared enough.
The cushioning is good, firm enough that you don't go straight through, soft enough to handle a hardish landing on your back from a few feet up. Grip on the surface is good too, very useful when I don't want to bother busting out the yoga mat to stretch. Easy to clean too.

MattMatt: When I first saw the boxes arrive to my home I was pleasantly shocked. They were definitely big as one would hope for them to be. I say this because I was paranoid as to what 4 X 10 would look like in person.

I opened the box with a box cutter, let me add that I strongly advise you to open these with the utmost caution, given that the mat material is only covered by a thin plastic bag. If you use a box cutter, as I have, please only use the most minimal incision depth to avoid punctures to mat material.

Upon removing the mats, the first thing I noticed was the Vinyl Material. It was very much solid in that it wasn't baggy on the mat like other folding mats I have seen before. The material was firmly fitted with minor slack in certain areas, which is normal with any vinyl mat cover. The vinyl was very supple and not abrasive like other mats I have seen.

The mat has on each end a strip of Velcro, to attach other mats to it. They also have a convenient handle once folded for easy carry. Best part is they come with a 2 year warranty.
