I am happy I chose this mat because I have been through several mats that still cause pain when doing certain exercises on them. This mat I am NOT limited to what floor exercises I do and is very comfortable and thick padding which is what I needed.

Dianna Bayes: This mat is so comfortable to use. It’s definitely NOT like being on a hard surface. I use it at work for stretching and the kneeling pad is so helpful. I am not a regular yoga person and am often dressed in non-yoga clothes. The kneeling pad keeps me completely off the floor and makes getting up/down so much easier. This was an excellent purchase and I recommend for anyone who wants/needs padding. Having said that, it is not so padded as to cause any issues with balance. Super cute colors and so easy to un-roll/roll up right in my office. Strap makes it easy to transport and keep the mat rolled up securely. Definitely worth the money and would recommend it for anyone looking for a good quality mat with a nice thickness.

Alberto M Zurita Rico: Lástima que por las condiciones de mi piso, es de madera, se resbale un poco, pero en cuanto a comodidad, no tiene comparación con la esterilla que tenía anteriormente. El uso que le doy es de 5 días a la semana, no sé si sea muy intenso, pero ya empezó a tener algunos pequeños puntos en los que se empieza a desprender el acolchado.
