Amy C: This yoga mat and block set are of excellent quality in both thickness of the mat and material composition. I like the knee pad add for someone like me who has difficult knees and the blocks to aid in my beginner to yoga transition. I love the red color, its not fire engine red or pink, which was a concern. I find my hands and feet very comfortable with this mat and they do not slide when you start to get sweaty. Highly recommend if you are looking for a beginners to yoga set at a great price.
