P. Smith: I love pot stickers and this sauce is perfection for them. My local market recently started carrying large bags of little pot stickers and I can't get enough of them dipped in this sauce. Actually I steam the pot stickers in organic low sodium chicken broth and add this sauce to the pot stickers just as they're almost done cooking. The broth is reduced in volume and this sauce mixes with everything and makes the most delicious coating for the little pot sticker gems.

Steven Pierce: I have been using this BBQ sauce for a while now. I have a small cooking channel that if I am making a meat dish I will use this sauce for it. The flavor is wonderful, so much better then normal BBQ sauce. I wish that I had discovered it before now. I have years of using the other BBQ sauces out there. This is soo much better and it is always has a much fresher smell and taste.

Matt: As a Santa Rosa local mountain biker, I had to try Bachan's when I found out it was owned by another local mountain biker.
I was absolutely hooked from the start. It has flavors from both teriyaki and soy sauce, but it's neither too sweet nor too salty. It's hard to describe, but it's its own unique flavor that takes notes from each of those.
I use this any time I eat rice, and I'm Filipino, which means I eat rice every day. In other words, I use Bachan's every single day, and have been for the past year, since I discovered it. I'm absolutely hooked.
The only downside here is the strain it's put on my relationship with my mom. She wonders why her cooking isn't good enough and why I have to add Bachan's to everything. Worth it.

Phoenix Lain: Let’s get this out of the way, is it expensive? Yeah it is a little pricey. But putting that aside the sauce is pretty amazing. The flavor is great, you can taste the teriyaki base, hints of ginger and sweetness, followed by a rounded out sesame seed oil aftertaste and flavor. In the flavor department I’d give it a 10/10. It is on the sweet side, but not too sweet to use as a dipping sauce: I’d say for a marinade it’s right at the perfect sweetness. A lot of sugar ends up fading after cooking on the grill, and what’s left ends up being somewhat caramelized. The viscosity of the sauce really lends to being a great marinade. This isn’t a thick sauce, it’s not something you could put onto a sandwich without making a mess (and a good tasting mess it would be) but for marinade it’s right in the strike zone. It’s not watery, or as viscous as say Worcestershire sauce, so it would be great to dip steak, chicken, shrimp, and even veggies. Personally I chose to marinade, and also use after cooking as a sauce to top/dip my meats and veggies in. It has a lot of versatility, and I’m sure you’ll find many applications when searching through the comments. I highly recommend...
