Andi FlemingAndi Fleming: This fascinator was good quality, maybe velour fabric, and sturdy. It had an alligator clip that clipped onto a headband and felt very secure and comfortable. We did get rained on and the material did absorb a lot of water but that was just because the quality of the fabric was good.
