feifeifeifei: The media could not be loaded.  I am worried that this product is not fresh when order online but to my surprise the expiry date is already Apr 2023 . Great! I will continue to get my curry powder here when I ran out. The price is reasonable and is almost the same as I could get from local Asian grocery store.

Craig A Peifer: I read an article about Baba’s Meat Curry on Monday that peaked my interest and was delighted how quickly it was delivered. I tried it on lamb chops on Wednesday and was blown away by the flavor and how it enhanced the natural flavor of the lamb. Although I have dozens and dozens of dry seasonings and sauces, I can’t wait to try Baba’s again and plan on dry marinating a pork roast today and plan to roast it over charcoal on Sunday. Baba’s far exceeded my expectations and will become a regular ingredient in my cooking.

KC: As promised received today. Bought two 3 packs. Works out to be around $ 6.50 per 250 g pack. Excellent price. Arrived within a week. The seller offered if it is not delivered today, the money will be refunded. But no thanks, I got the product today.

Brand new products-expiration date is Dec 15, 2022. Grateful and very happy with the purchase. Will buy from this seller again.

Joanne Barrow: This Malaysian curry powder is my personal favorite. A little bit of this spice goes a long way and it is perfect with coconut cream or heavy cream and goes on pretty much any meat and vegetables.

It is even great for a low carb diet because it doesn't have added sugar. I had to look really hard to find a curry spice that meet this criteria.... I am so grateful for Kelly Peterson's book, The Asian Low Carb Secret. This is where I learned about this curry powder and it is life changing. It is an amazing book containing a lot of Asian-Western fusion cuisine that uses this powder.

Keep in mind that it still contains carb (mostly fiber), so you do have to watch how much you are consuming especially if you are strictly going <20g a day, or if you are counting total carbs.

The low ratings were mostly due to the cost - but it is really unfair b/c this is a huge package and can make 30 to 40 servings of curry (with very, very generous portions). Sure this would have only costs $3 back in Malaysia but considering the cost of living differences and the Amazon convenience the price they are charging on Amazon is well worth it. P. Ritchie: Ordered this due to buying Ping's 'Malaysia' cookery book. Used it tonight, added to cold chicken, tomatoes, grated corgette and other veg and a bit of water in a frying pan. Lovely Malaysian curry/stir fry with only 2 teaspoons of the curry powder. This packet will go far.
Very pleased. Delivery took a few days but it's worth waiting for.
