dadvocatedadvocate: My amateur upholstery job on a 34 year old Stow & Davis chair. These staples worked perfectly. At times even overlapped the 1/4" depth was plenty. If they can hold up another 34 years I'll be thrilled....lol.

Cindy Faria: They worked great with the Porter-Cable upholstrey gun. I didn't have one staple that didn't enter the chair perfectly. I'm used to having to pull out some staples that don't enter straight and are crooked or folded in on themselves. I just received the gun today and upholstered a chair and ottoman. Not one issue, not one failed staple. I don't know if the credit is because of the gun or the staples but together they worked like a dream. I'll definietly be ordering more.

kevin: They work it the stapler. Only thing I was wishing that they were round wire like the chair had. The cross section was still shows up on the material that I used.

Plaid Pantsuit: These are good quality staples. My Porter Cable stapler drives them all the way into hardwood yet they are easy to pull out with a staple remover if needed. They don't break off. The only reason I gave them four stars was because the price is a bit high. I found the same staples for a little more than half this price at a local upholstery supply store, but if you don't have a local source the price is still pretty good.
