James Coleman: Don't know why all the bad reviews on this product. Only problem I had was removing the old one from my shower. Took about 5 minutes to remove the old one. Used the lubricate on the new one and was able to put in place with no problem. Took about 15 minutes to turn off the water, remove the old and replace the new one. Gave a 3 star on "easy to remove" but that was only for the old one. Don't know how hard the new one will be to replace it when the time comes.

Coty: Install only got 3 stars because right out of the package it would not fit. Had to install the spare O-rings to get it to fit properly. May have been a defect on the ones already installed. Other than that it works and fixed our dripping faucet.

Amazon Customer: These units leaked more than the old ones my husband was replacing so he had to put our old ones back in!
I had bought these to replace the ones that have been in the dual master shower since construction, 11 years ago, because I had a drip on my husband's side. The items seemed similar in appearance but we did notice that the dual washers on the blue sections were not as wide as that on our old ones. Also, the units did not slide in easily and required the holding ring to get them in place. Once installed, we turned on the water and was shocked that they were both leaking. In fact, his side was worse and my side was now leaking just as bad. We had to take them out and put our old ones back in...and head to the store. We wasted a couple hours and will have to go drop these off now to return them. Take my advice, don't buy these!

Andy Flor: I’ll never buy a delta again. In fact, I’ll never buy a house which has Delta faucet in it ever again. New dealbreaker! This product actually works great once you get it in! The problem is the 2 1/2 hours you’re going to spend trying to pry the old one out without breaking apart the brass pipe fixture that setting. Because it’s a Delta it positively will leak! Fortunately after putting this one in there is zero leak. Check back in four years though though.i’ll never buy a house which has Delta faucet in it ever again. New dealbreaker!
