Amazon Customer: I know we all appreciate the flavor and health benefits of extra virgin olive oil but EVOO is not suitable for most frying/sauteing uses. EVOO has a low smoke point that - when exposed to high cooking temperatures - is converted to unhealthy fat. However avocado oil has a very high smoke point and it much better for high temperature cooking.

DIANE PATTERSON: We've decided to eliminate canola oil from our diet. (A quick Google search will inform you of the downside of using canola oil.) We use alot of olive oil, but avocado oil has a higher smoke point. For certain recipes, it's a better choice.

Cinderella 111: I did call the company prior to my purchase. This oil is very expensive and very wonderful!
I've used many different oils on my skin over the last six years, and this brand of avocado feels outstanding. The problem is, I love the fresh smell and the taste so much that I'm not using any other oil in my kitchen! I've eaten many brands of avocado oil, and I grow many varieties of avocados, and this oil is as close as I can get to producing my own!
