njharbor: This item is a great value for the money; however, I could not get the Avery template for this item to work with Open Office Writer, so I had to make my own template. If you should also need to do this, follow these steps:
Note: After each of the following steps is completed correctly, I suggest hitting “Save” so, if you mess up later, you won't have to start from the beginning. For the most part, I used the toolbar menu to describe the process, just in case some people are unfamiliar with the icons and shortcuts.
Open a blank document - Select FORMAT from the toolbar - Select PAGE from drop down menu - Set Top and Bottom Margin size to 0.50 inches - Set Side Margins to 2.75 inches, then click OK – Select INSERT from toolbar – Select TABLE from drop down menu – Set COLUMNS to 2 and ROWS to 1 then click OK – Set cursor on the bottom line of table that you just created and drag the line down so that it is just a hair inside bottom page margin (if line is not inside the bottom margin, the last cell will jump onto the next page once created). - Next, highlight both columns all the way to the bottom of the table – Select TABLE from the toolbar – Select...
