Lisa S.: I use this when I am taking my small dogs to the vet or the groomer. The barrier was enough to stop three of them from even trying to get in the front seat however one of them decided to just jump over it! Lol!
I think with some training I can put a stop to that. It was very easy to install and easy to store away when not in use so I like it!

madeinsarcasmmadeinsarcasm: Gabbi thinks the is a front seat doggo. I can’t tell if it’s because my dog is smart or really dumb, but this was not a challenge for her. Maybe I installed it wrong, I mean there is no instructions, but my dog pushes all her strength into this device and eventually her head just gets stuck in one of the holes. Look at her. She looks ridiculous. Well eventually she wants out if the hole but can’t. That is when she sings the song if her people. Have you ever had a husky/beagle bark and scream in your ear in a small car this rupturing your eardrums? No? Good. It’s not fun. Eventually, my dog got her head stuck in the hole so much that now she is deathly afraid of his device. I was hoping that means she would stop trying to stick her head through. But no no now she is trying to stick her head through to save us from the device is very unhappy that she cannot succeed. Thus more screaming. After about two weeks of constant car rides she has accepted that there is no saving us and just spends the whole ride with her head in the space between the door and the seat trying to get attention. One ruptured eardrum later and years of needed therapy for all of us no, it finally worked

Star B.: I let our little mini-dachshund sit in the front passenger seat when I am alone with him in my vehicle. But if my husband rides with me, he doesn't like "Robi" to sit in his lap and Robi doesn't like sitting in the back because he is spoiled. This barrier keeps Robi in the back (he's getting used to the idea of having to stay in the back when dad is in the car). The elastic netting opens at the top so you can put stuff in the middle of it (kind of like a sleeve or long envelope). I keep my umbrella in there which is much more handy than where I used to keep it in the seat pocket behind my drivers seat. If it was raining, I used to have to perform some serious yoga moves to get the umbrella from the back. It wasn't really practical to leave it up front for the rare occasions that it would rain just when I wanted to get out of the vehicle. Still, it wasn't much fun trying to get it out of the back when it did rain! Now, it is right there in the middle where it is easy to reach, yet not in the way of anything else. Now Robi stays in the back and the umbrella stays within reach. Perfect!
