RockyRoadRockyRoad: Packaged beautifully in an attractive box, perfect for gift giving. But no, this is a gift to myself!
I can't say that I love Turkish delight, unless it's filled with nuts and/or dried fruit. but I do love any candy or dessert that is fragranced with roses.
At only 11 pieces, it's kind of expensive, but this is one of those little luxury treats that I like to indulge in every now and then.
As soon as you pop one into your mouth, that lovely rose taste and fragrance brings you to paradise. It's like sweet rose water in a gel form.
Since I like Turkish delight with nuts, I decided to put one of these squares along with a couple of whole almonds in my mouth. Oh my goodness! The combination of the two is amazing, so I highly recommend trying it if you like both rose as well as almond.
Extremely fresh and soft.

J'rr: This is my first time trying Turkish Delights. I don't know if this is how they are suppose to taste and look like usually, but I got them because I like rose flavors and I saw someone I follow order them.
The texture is chewy and nice, but I feel the excessive use of powdered sugar is not doing it any favors. I had to tap off each piece I had because there was just so much on it that it wasn't pleasant at first. I am taking a star off for that. If there was not as much powdered sugar, for example, a very light dusting to where it is just visible, but the candy was predominantly what you saw, would be perfect. I would like to try more and will probably give this company another try, but if it is consistently caked with powder sugar I will probably venture elsewhere because of the unpleasant first bit because of the excess powder scraping against the teeth.

Lor Michelle: Initial Thoughts:
-nice packaging, but was a huge mess once opened and the lid doesn't stay closed. Powdered sugar was EVERYWHERE under the plastic.
-counted 14 individual delights. Appearance of the treat itself was pleasant.
-very different texture than other turkish delights. These are MUCH firmer, quite dry and very chewy. Unexpected, not unpleasant but was hoping for something else so was left a bit underwhelmed.
-could not taste the flavor under the mountain of powdered sugar. Had to shake off / dust off most of it to eat it. Rose flavor was very light and enjoyable once I got past the sugar, but would have loved to taste more of it.
-was a little sweet for me, could only eat one, but taped the box shut and kept the rest to try again later.
General Conclusion:
3/5 stars was generous for this treat. Absolutely NOT terrible, but definitely nothing special, didn't have me wanting more. The amount of powdered sugar was a little intense and the rose flavor fairly weak (I realize rose flavor is light to begin with but I've had rose turkish delight before and the flavor could definitely be better). The box itself and presentation is simple but pretty, but...

🌴 Tropical Panda 🌴: I've been buying Marmara's Turkish Delight in several flavors for a while now, and they have all been amazing. My favorite flavor has been the coconut hazelnut, which is so good it's like you're eating something out of Willy Wonka's factory or some kind of dream world. The varieties made with cogan (fluffy white marshmallow-type stuff) are positively dreamy as well. Every box I order from Marmara has been jam-packed full of cubes, and I enjoy having one or two with tea in the morning or after dinner as a light dessert. I am so glad Marmara makes their Turkish Delight vegan, too!
I branched out and tried a few new flavors this past week, including kiwi, praline, cacao, and few others. Unfortunately I seem to have come across a dud flavor: satsuma. A satsuma is a small citrus fruit similar to a mandarin orange. I grew up in south Florida and am a huge fan of all varieties of citrus fruit; I love citrus candy, too. But the satsuma flavor of this Turkish Delight was bitter and acrid, like orange cleaner mixed with PineSol. I took one bite and couldn't even finish the cube. My husband, the self-proclaimed "human garbage disposal" who will eat any candy or confection within...

T. LuxT. Lux: The media could not be loaded. I made another attempt at buying locum Amazon and again I was severely let down. It is almost March 1 these don’t expire till August they are rockhard I ate one by gumming it for about 510 minutes if I got soft enough to chill it would probably full of filling out if I had more. I will say the flavor is really good if it was soft I’d be impressive For sure 2stars is because of the flavor. Like the logo too
If you watch my silly video you hear the trick is to light tapping on the counter that’s not the knife that’s a Turkish delight.
Besides being rockhard you mostly ha light that comes with it if you’re lucky enough to get a fresh box which I doubt you will you’ll be disappointing on the 4 ounce serving for the price. About 6-8 pieces.
I suggest ordering it directly from a maker that’s close to you it’ll be much fresher
I’m sure this company when they ship it direct it’s excellent Flavor is very good
