S Sullivan: I adore this scent. I’ve used it since at LEAST 2018. It has inspired me a lot on my journey to make a sleep routine stick. I have come to find in my own world, that unless I treat getting ready for sleep as if I am getting up to go out to work or outside, I find it harder to make it stick. I heard about this blend and LOVE IT!! SO just as if I put a little perfume when I go out to the store or out with friends, this is my “sleep perfume.” I also pair it with the Do Terra restful blend. So I apply about 80% Do Terra restful blend to a 20% Chill Pill. Like if I apply the Do Terra restful blend all over, I accent it with Chill Pill on my wrists, neck and under my nose. I put restful blend on those areas also hut Chill Pill on top. You can also take it all further and make a spray out of these or add to an unscented lotion or oil, etc. Make it your own!!
