Bull: I ordered this and it is not the brand name Aukvite that I expected to receive. Instead I received the brand name Eyekan. This doesn’t spin as some do but only uses high frequency AS I EXPECTED so there was no dissatisfaction and it did operate the same as described. Perhaps this is one in the same however I don’t feel safe when I research one brand name and am sold another.
I charged the unit as needed then did a 92% alcohol rinse followed by an air dry. Once that was completed I did the 3 rinse and fills with my contact solution cleaner to eliminate any foreign debris. I had my soft contacts in the day I cleaned them for about 10 &1/2 hours. I have severe protein problems that inevitably feels like grit around the edges and under my contacts so by the end of the day I look forward to a scrubbing them and always HOPE I’ve done a good enough cleaning but it’s never good enough. I have hand cleaned them up till now with the old fashioned palm and finger rub and they never do feel as good as when I open that new set of contacts. I’ve even taken steps to add additional cleanings in my routine but nothing has ever felt like a new pair of fresh...

Amazon Customer: The cleaner is compact and would be the perfect size. But it never worked. We plugged it in to charge and when it was finished we tried to turn it on and it would not work.
